Need an eye exam and/or materials but don’t have insurance? Look no further, we have a plan that’s right for you! You can choose from 3 different options for what suits you and your family's needs.

Eyewear Only $10/Month or $100/Year

Eyewear Only Plan for those with eye health benefits that can be billed to a vision or medical plan (includes one refraction (measurement of prescription) if not covered by vision/medical plan and one Optomap retinal screening)
30% OFF Prescription Eyewear
20% OFF Non-Prescription Sunglasses
Medical visits/eye exams not included; may be billed to medical insurance
Plan benefits apply to individual only
Must have had eye health exam within the last 6 months if not performed by our office

One (1) Comprehensive Eye Exam to check your prescription and eye health each year (includes Optomap retinal screening)

One (1) Annual Contact Lens Examination (Soft Sphere/Toric/Multifocals and Spherical RGP’s ONLY, other contact evaluations with small additional copay)
10% OFF Annual Supply of Contact Lenses
30% OFF Prescription Eyewear
20% OFF Non-Prescription Sunglasses
